Letter of Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to review my qualifications and skills. My experience combined with my ability to adapt and proactively respond to new or challenging situations to meet departmental needs has given me a better understanding of how to be successful in the organization while striving to assist our customer’s financial needs.

My customer service experience began at the age of 15 when I worked at Taco Bell, I quickly adapted to servicing my customers and handling complaints. I became a team leader at the age of 16, unable to hold a Manager position due to my young age. Once I turned 18, I applied for and was offered a position at Wells Fargo Bank as a Customer Service Representative where I met and exceeded expectations.

From there I was offered and accepted a Client Service Representative position for Bank of America, where I handled large amounts of cash, dealing with customer inquiries effectively and providing/offering solutions to improve customer’s financial needs.

I feel I would be a great candidate for the Customer Service Representative position at Toyota Financial Services. I believe I would be a great asset to this team. I know I will deliver exceptional results for your expectations. This position will also provide me the opportunity to work in an environment that will allow me to contribute to the growth and success of Toyota Financial Services.
