Improving the productivity in the assembly process.

Basic role is to execute the given plan by PPC by using with allotted manpower with no issues.

3C & 5S implementation in production line.

Follow the integrated management system policy.

Counter measure report making.

Resolves Quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans and providing resources.

Production cost to be minimised by reducing wastage & rejection.

At end of Shift, analyzing proper utilisation of available resources using 4M

(man/machine/material/method).

Conducting QCC meeting based on weekly Rejections.

Making ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) report for new developed projects.

Participating and performing in Process Development and Improvement.

Coordinates pre-launch trial run process monitoring and participates in advanced product quality planning.
