•GPIL HCM Support/Upgrade.

This project contributes to the Upgrade, Support and Maintenance of Peoplesoft HCM 9.1 to 9.2 which includes module like Core Human Resources, Absence Management, Recruitment, ePerformance, Training Administration for a client. Client upgraded their system from PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 to HCM 9.2 and after upgrading to 9.2 client applied the PUM Image 26 in their environment. Also upgraded their people tool from 8.54 to 8.56. In all these activities Vikas played a lead role in all the retrofitting and development activities. Played important role in rolling out the fluid interface of all the requirement components and created fluid components of the non-fluid customised components so that they can be rendered properly on the mobile device.

In recruitment module, Setup of PeopleSoft candidate gateway to cater their specific requirements, Customisation in the offer letter generation, Customised job posting report send to naukri to update the job postings in Naukri. Also worked on FSCM bug fixes in Billing, Account Receivables and Account Payables and created many reports using BI publisher and PS query.

c)Integration with biometric system to upload the swipe details of employees in system and updating their swipe status based on swipes, absences, holiday and off shifts in system.

d)Custom page for creating user profile using component interface when personal and job data has been filled and then HR will select employee which required and click on create user profiles.

• Time & Labor and Compensation Module [Peoplesoft 9.0]

Time and labor is an enterprise-wide time management application that efficiently automates time and attendance record keeping for an ever-changing workforce. PeopleSoft Time and Labor system is used for scheduling, entering, reporting and generating time for both exempt and non-exempt employees. This project includes PeopleSoft Defining and Assigning Shift, Assigning Work Schedule, Marking Attendance Status and leave, Customization and Integration with other systems. This is used to Submit, Review, Track and Approve Leave and Time Request in the System using approval Workflow. This is also used for marking leave in the system according to the absent status as well as updating the absent status. This also integrates with third party to captures the swipe details of whole organisation and uploads in the people soft system through an application engine process. This is also checking whether employee is a valid time and labor employee and after that it assign required work schedule and task group to that employee. In Compensation module, Loading the compensation letter for the appraisal’s whole across the organisation. Also created Bolton for claiming shift allowance which integrates with time and labor to check whether employee is an eligible for claim according to their shifts. There are four level of approval in this Bolton which is achieved by creating new AWE.
