JOB PROFILE :

•Operations of Air and Sea Export.

•Operations Executive Role:

•Client co-ordination right from the enquiry up to the execution of the shipments.

•Preparing quotations for the clients as per enquiry and sending them on time.

•Arranging transportation, supervising the packing and loading of goods on behalf of the client.

•Preparing packing list after loading of the goods and using it for preparation of the commercial invoice on behalf of the client.

•Tracking of the cargo right from departure to the arrival of goods to the destination and notifying the clients about the status of shipments.

•Providing entire post shipment documents on time to the client on time as and when received.

Air /Seas Export Executive

•Air Export

•Acquiring space or bookings in the airlines from the IATA .

•Requesting quotations from the IATA and follow up for invoices post shipments.

•Processing the payment of the IATA on time as per invoices.

Registration of the AD/IFSC code of various clients at the customs.

• Processing and completing the first time formalities at the custom prior to exports.

•Application and registration with Phytosanitory / Plant quarantine - department for various clients.

•Following up with the clients for recovery of payments.

• Handling the pricing of the company as and when required.

•Following up with status of the shipment and custom clearance with the CHA up to execution of custom clearance.

2) Sea Export :-

•Procuring bookings/delivery orders from various shipping lines, NVOCC and freight forwards.

•Preparing VGM and other necessary documents that aids swift procurement of FORM-13 through ODEX .

•Maintaining rates and contracts for specific shippers with various shipping lines and renewing them time to time.

•Maintaining shipment records through optimum usage of logisys.

• Co-ordinating with transporter and CFS for stuffing and other operational functions.

•Sending shipper the stuffing confirmation of the cargo.

•Sending shipper onboard confirmation of the cargo .
