Program Manager. Mr. Roberts coached a program for the FDA to implement Agile methodology on a program to upgrade their documentation administration system. Designed and implemented the program methodology based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CSRA’s proprietary Agile for Gov. methodology, and Kanban. Served as Agile Coach for the two teams implementing the program. Coached and mentored SRA project manager in his role managing an Agile project. Coached and mentored teams in Agile methodology, coached FDA managers in their roles as Agile Product Managers supporting the effort, and implemented Agile metrics to report and control program progress.

Mr. Roberts was engaged by IBM to conduct an Agile coaching engagement at WalMart. Measured each team’s improvement and reported progress to IBM and WalMart management. Provided individual coaching to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Mr. Roberts coached, mentored, and trained a project team implementing a data warehouse using Hadoop (an open source framework for distributed storage). He managed relationships with all Xintex customers; including marketing, staffing and overseeing implementation and integration efforts. He managed projects using Extreme Programming methodology.
