• Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, BOQ, specification, client requirement etc from the tender document for proper estimation work.

• Preparation of BMS input/output summary from control schematics, sequence of operations quotation, bill of materials etc.

• Preparation of technical submittal, pre qualification, maintenance contract etc.

• Selection of DDC controllers and field devices like sensors, actuators, flow meters, dampers etc as per tender requirement.

• Selection of VAV boxes with controls, BTU meter and valve as per tender requirement.
