Position: QC Electrical & Instrumentation Inspector Project: On-Shore Maintain Potential (OMP) / Gas Upstream Projects SHEDGUM-UTHMANIYAH-HAWIYAH-HARAD KHUFF GAS WELLS PROJECT Responsibilities:

Identify all the crossing of pipes with other underground facilities as reflected in the drawing.

Take charge of the following works: lay-out where the excavation need and comply with Aramco Standard.

Monitor & supervise cable pulling of power and instrument cables, lay-out and install conduits for power and control cables.

Supervise the installation of galvanic anodes, pin tests, junction boxes, and exothermic welding for cathodic protection for buried pipelines as per Saudi Aramco Standards.

Supervise the installation of duct bank and runs cables for underground installations as per Saudi Aramco Standards.

Performing quality inspection of all the construction work related to electrical, making sure that the work is quality and it follows the Saudi Aramco Standards, National Electrical Codes, and other international codes and standards.

Supervise the installation, testing & commissioning of the following electrical & instrumentation equipments; Pressure Indicator and Transmitters, Temperature Indicator and Transmitters, H2S Gas Detectors, Horn & Beacon lights, Level switches, SSV Panel, Task lighting system, Panelboards, transformer, RTU & PLC Cabinets. Supervision & monitoring regarding the installation and termination of instrumentation cables from junction box going to RTU & PLC. Monitoring regarding the installation of conduits & termination of power cables.

Preparation of RFI, Loop Package, Electrical Package, Procedures, Test Reports, Pre- commissioning forms, RFI log, NCR, Technical Query (TQ), and other necessary documents required by SAPMT and SAPID.

Closing out Exception Item List (EIL). Pushing or negotiating the concerned department or crew to finish the job in site.

Responsibilities:

Arranging the daily activity on site as per project schedule

Supervising all construction works related to electrical, make sure that the work is quality and it follows the Saudi Aramco Standards, and taking the necessary actions whenever there is violation to Saudi Aramco Standards, National Electrical Codes, and other local and international codes and standards.

Preparing, submitting, and issuing of RFI (Request for Inspection) whenever it is ready.

Inspecting the electrical materials delivered to warehouse, checking its approval, and making sure that the materials comply with all applicable Saudi Aramco Standards, UL, IEC, SASO, and NEC.

Reviewing the shop drawing and IFC drawing. Making sure the actual works in site are based on IFC drawing.

Issuing of Internal-NCR to construction team for any violation in work.

Coordinating KAUST PID and construction team whenever necessary to complete certain work.

Document compilation such as Purchased Order, Delivery Note, Non- Material Report (NMR), Testing Report, Dimensional Drawings, Material Take-off of Electrical, Instrument, materials involved prior for Request of Inspection with Saudi Aramco Inspection Division (PID) counterpart.
