I am privileged to take this opportunity to present my knowledge, experience and interests in field of marine industry which started in 1979 in marine education in UK under BP shipping company. I am a graduate in Maritime KENT college in UK at London suburb in which I received deck second officer certificate and worked there as junior deck officer (3 rd

and 2

nd

) deck officer in

IRANO-BRITISH shipping company in London.

Additionally, as you can see from my cv I received master mariner certificate in south shield- UK and then I worked as chief officer and master in NITC (national Iranian tanker company) on oil tankers, chemical and gas carrier. Later I was engaged in newbuilding of a super tanker called IRAN NAJM and sailed as super tanker master. And then I worked in marine operation department and also in technical department as a marine superintendent and engaged in new ship building projects.

My education and training provided me great knowledge pertaining to the diverse field of maritime as well as operation manager, safety and quality manager, marine superintendent, harbor master, senior marine pilot, college lecturer and also in new shipbuilding projects. I have extensive experience in tankers and also in dealing with all vast range of gas, oil and petrochemical products along with their variety in specifications and so on. The National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) is a subsidiary of the National Iranian Oil Company, which was privatized in 2009. As of 2011, NITC was owned by funds managing pensions for 5 million Iranians. It is the biggest tanker company in the Middle East. The company transports Iranian crude to export markets and also engages in cross-trading of crude oil cargoes for some 150 oil majors worldwide.
