On daily Basis Merck receives Purchase Order in different Format like PDF,PNG,JPG,TIFF. This PO will be present in Sales force Application as Cases. So, Bot will pick the case and Download the PO and send it IQ BOT, then IQ Bot extracts all the relevant information from and send it to task Bot. Then task BOT takes all the information and fill this into the SAP application. RESPONSIBILITY:

ROLE: RPA Developer.

DESCRIPTION: In the CITI BANK on the daily basis, operations receives return payments from the partner bank (for the previous outgoing payment receive by them) due to various reason like wrong beneficiary account number, wrong beneficiary name, request by beneficiary. This transaction is normally received in the domestic incoming queue in FTI application which the team needs to repeatedly re-route to the CSU Queue which is managed by the investigation team. The routing action is simple and repetitive and can automated by RPA
