Highlights and Accomplishments-Safety and Loss Control
Selected by CEO to work with Loss Control Department on total overhaul of our worldwide Loss Control and Safety Program.
Achieved Loss Control Gold and/or Platinum Awards in every plant under my management in multiple consecutive years.
First plant in Company to Achieve 3,000,000 Man Hours without LTA and lowest injuries ratio per man hour. Achieved this several times. Several of my facilities later challenged and exceeded these numbers.
Selected by CEO to work with various production plants and customers on their Loss Control Programs around the world to reduce LTA’s, Injuries, and Accidents of any type.
Took over Carelton Michigan Glass plant after worst profit year in thirty years, poor safety record, and 100% turnover. After three years, was Awarded Certificate of Excellence in Plant Safety and Loss Control by Governor of the State of Michigan as well as other safety awards, had turnover at 12% and falling, and reached 1,000,000 hours with no LTA.
Awarded Highest honors for Plant Safety and Loss Control by the Society of Safety Engineers in California for the programs and performance in Kingsburg California Glass Plant.

Created and Hold Patent for Ultrawhite Glass---Revolutionary clear glass product.
Led negotiations for several union collective bargaining agreements.
Troubleshooter for Loss Control, production, and quality. Traveled to 29 countries and 46 US States.
Organized and worked on several successful union education and de-certification drives.
Tasked to lead Kingsburg, Ca plant in massive Cold Tank Repair with expenditures upwards of 105 million dollars. Successful repair and return to full production ahead of schedule and under budget.
Founding member and served on Hot End Audit Team—responsible for troubleshooting, auditing, and repairs of company furnaces to extend life and efficiency of assets
