Worked on identifying and designing the concrete mix, and reinforced steel in various projects.
Collaborated with teams of structural engineers on the design of concrete highway bridge components.
Ensured safety standards are met by monitoring the performance and measuring risk factors on site.
Ghana Highway Authority Accra, Ghana August 2017 – July 2018
Junior Civil Engineer
Conducted various soil tests such as compaction, Atterberg limits, and sieve Analysis among other tests for a 10-mile road construction project.
Worked under the supervision of a senior engineer and gained experience working with the different AASHTO standards.
