Delivered 8 Agile projects simultaneously, which were being implemented by team of architects, developers, and testers. Projects modified AT&T CPC application which contains meta-data driven GUI and model driven data store to support both wireless and wireline products and offers for AT&T.

oAT&T Direct TV offers to Brazil and Vietnam: New Online & direct mail Marketing campaign to offer existing AT&T international customers AT&T Direct-TV access in these countries. AT&T consumer WEB sites in Brazil & Vietnam were expanded to include the offers and the Direct-TV interfaces / APIs were modified to support the offers as well as AT&T billing systems. Project completed successfully in Aug 2018.

Project Manager, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Team Jan 2018 – May 2018

Interfaced with IBM attorneys, analysts and application development groups to deliver a Dashboard application that was compliant with Article-30 requirements regarding display of personal data for all 20+ IBM business units.

IBM GDPR data mapping process: New C++ Batch application to convert IBM BU extract files into a common format was completed on-time and within budget for roll-out of GDPR, Article-30 compliance, ensuring no fines were levied by European Union for non-compliance.

Switch Maintenance team implemented 40 infrastructure projects per year, replacing older software in telecommunication physical switches with new software, allowing for upgraded features for both wireline and wireless services.
