Plastic extrusion machines maintain repairs and overhaul machinery with scheduled and preventive actions.

Carried out preventive and corrective maintenance program activities.

Preparing safe work permits, hot work, cold work, lifting permit and confined space permit.

Perform maintence, troubleshooting and overhauling of different kinds of centrifugal pumps & positive displacement pump and gate valve, ball valve and globe valve, solenoid control valve, RTD, Thermocouple, pressure switch’s, Load cell, pneumatic solenoid valves .

Scheduling and servicing of chiller, air compressor and dryers maintenance and repair work.

Tested, calibrated, and documented results for a wide variety of electronic and pneumatic instruments.

Provided troubleshooting and repairs for equipment errors.
