under the brand name of “TAJ CEMENT PERMANENT” is a 1200 TPD. 5 Stage Pre-heater, Single String Plant with Dry process Kiln, In-line Calciner (ILC) and reciprocal grate cooler with computerized D.C.S. (ABB software).

It produces OPC (43 and 53 grade) and PPC.

Job Profile:

Operation and controlling of process parameters of Coal mill (VRM & BALL MILL) and Cement mill

(BALL MILL) and Raw mill (VRM) and Kiln Operation.

Troubleshooting in Mills & Kiln section and Leakage arresting from all ducts and doors.

Inspection of Re-fractory in Kiln, Cooler and Pre-heater During shut down.

Grinding media segregation and media charging.

Preparation of Daily Production Report (DPR).
