Managed a multi-million-dollar annual budget and provided oversight of the enterprise infrastructure and data security to ensure a secure environment with 24 x 7 availability and 99.999% uptime. Supported 300 branch locations, 400 servers, and 6000 associates.
●Appointed as the I.T. single point of contact for new office space and data center build. Accelerated completion to overcome construction and environmental delays ensuring that all application and data moves were completed with zero down time.

Technical lead responsible for LAN, E-Mail, Citrix, and Windows design, builds, and support.
●Appointed team leader and charged with building a reliable and secure I.T. infrastructure from multiple disparate architectures as part of an overall corporate merger project.
●Improved network efficiency and reliability by eliminating token ring topology, Novell OS, and IPX and standardizing on Ethernet, Windows NT, and TCP/IP.
●Established foundation for core business applications (front-end field systems, marketing/sales, and ERP) by architecting, building and maintaining a Citrix farm with multiple zones and 50+ servers.
