As a Seasonal Weather Coordinator, our goal is to make sure that drivers are safe. We send alerts to drivers whenever they are accessing a particular area with inclement weather. Our department checks different programs and applications throughout the day that would give us varying degrees of information. I assisted my supervisor with meetings about how the weather looks across the country. When my supervisor was not present for these meetings, I would manage these meetings by myself. They would include the sales representatives, fleet managers, and supervisors. As an office assistant, I made sure that sales representatives' needs were met. I responded to telephone and in-person inquiries dispensed incoming mail to the correct recipients and made copies as needed. I helped over 20 sales representatives and served as a central point between the customer and the sales representative.
