Responsible for reverse engineering, modeling & Detailing. Job Tracking from Vendors and communicator between them and company for bulk production. Description:

I worked for DMDE project to bring 32 types valves and online fitting connectors. In this assignment, we made Reverse engineering of existing valves which previously made by Russians through AutoCAD and Solidworks. We modeled all components, assembled and made detailing. Responsibility:

Coordinating with production and quality department for outcome of the product. Quality control and NDT. Streamlined QA processes by working closely with development teams and staying abreast of changing product demands. Expertise on reverse engineering. Worked with Senior Officials to assist in development, design, and execution of projects. Prepared sheet metal fabrication drawings, modifications and commercial specification drawings using Solidworks and AutoCAD.

Client: Ordnance Factory Medak

Role: Responsible for material and certificate verification. Description and responsibility:

I worked for Ordnance Factory Medak to recheck flanges material for around 20,000 nos, to send approved products to clear the mess with their certificates. Material ad document verification. Personal Details: -
