Managerial role with the iconic company, was created to ensure good practice in line with parent company’s sustainability targets and to respond to the capacity expansion of its brewing operations from 3.5 million to 7.5 million hectoliters.
Technical Proficiency: Reduced landfill waste by 18% in three months by championing a Green IQ program. Conducted audits, routine compliance monitoring in line with ISO 14001:2015 Management System, quarterly testing & sampling of occupational exposures. Designed bespoke monitoring and evaluation tracking template for coordination of monthly data analysis, incident trends, business performance commentaries for five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
