Excelled in a series of engagements with clients of this provider of global consulting and IT offshore outsourcing services, with a focus on meeting the needs of PenFed Credit Union, a banking institution serving the federal government.

Key Client Engagements

Technical Manager. Managed the development of interfaces and APIs for implementation of the payments product in SaaS model for PenFed Credit Union Bank. Worked with cross-functional teams and vendors across geographical locations in planning the product engineering, implementation of product for PenFed, setting up the cloud infrastructure and driving DevOps for end-to-end automation. Engagement Manager with Kaiser Permanente. Partnered with regional IT leaders to build an application roadmap as well as strategies for portfolio and life cycle management. Lead Agile Transformation and Cloud Migration initiatives in the region.

Program Manager for Telenor. Directed a program to integrate the customer base of a company acquired by this telecommunications corporation based in Sweden. Executed an eight-month project using Java, TIBCO, and Oracle solutions, achieving all milestones and deliverables on-time and within budget.

Program Operations Lead, DXC Internal. Responsible for competency building, vendor/partner management, delivery oversight, resource development and operations management relating to the development and support of Enterprise Portals, ECM & Collaboration technologies used by the company.

Program Manager with Kaiser Permanente. Led an $9M annual program to implement the EPIC and Cerner electronic health records platforms, with oversight of an offshore development center, client engagement, and account growth. Tracked project progress using Microsoft Project.

Project Manager with RailCorp. Executed the development of the Rail Timetable Management System application using Java, Oracle, iLog, and Cognos. Advanced from an initial role as a technical expert to Delivery Manager on this 18-month initiative valued at AUD 10M.

Solution Architect with Univeris. Developed and delivered solution architecture and tool recommendations to bolster the reporting function of the financial product produced by the client, using Java, JasperSoft, and Rational Software Architect.

Project Manager with Visa. Tasked with leading a critical development project for this leading credit card transactions processing company, with a focus on building OpCerts, a system that empowered Visa merchants to submit sales volume data to meet regulatory requirements.

Development Manager with United Healthcare. Oversaw application development and support for a portfolio of online and IVR customer service applications for this major healthcare organization.
