As demonstrated in my reference I had an excellent performance. Teleperformance is a highly decentralized working environment with performance data on the hands of individual supervisors. Supervisors weigh things based on reasonable expected outcomes for the operations.

I left Teleperformance getting ready to move back to Miramichi to be around when needed by my elderly parents in cases of emergency. I was worried and under severe stress away from them. Now that I am around for a while, the negatives associated with my recent living arrangement in Toronto has been eliminated.

I am urgently looking to get back to the job market. I am looking forward to utilize my energy to avoid being a financial burden on the system. Municipal, Provincial, and Federal governments practically speaking are one pool. A deficit somewhere in Canada will affect the welfare all over the country.
