Responsibilities in Cement Plant:

Rotary: Various types of Pumps, Mechanical Seals, Gearboxes, Gear Pumps, Chain Conveyors, Hydraulic System, Bucket elevator, cement mill, separator, pipe conveyor and air blower.

Maintenance of feeding circuit like fly ash, clinker, gypsum.

General maintenance of polycom crusher.

Operation and maintenance of Pollution control equipment’s like Bag filters.

Operation and maintenance of bulk material conveying equipment’s such as Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, Air slides, Elevators etc.

Maintenance & trouble shooting of various pumps, fans and blowers.

Day to day co-ordination with subordinates and other concerned departments regarding smooth running of plant.

Keeping records of daily activity report, breakdown report, shut down report, lubrication and greasing report.

Executes Mechanical Maintenance task with quality.

Planning and safely execution of preventive, breakdown, shutdown maintenance and re-conditioning of equipment and tooling.

Maintaining all maintenance documents such as log books, machine records, breakdown books also updating on a daily basis.

Maintaining minimum stock level of machine spares and consumables, safety items and recommended spares as per OEM list.

Ensuring safe work follows permit system.

Duty and responsibilities in AAC plant:

Full maintenance of all the machines in AAC blocks manufacturing plant of Indian origin.

Full erection and commissioning of total circuit in AAC block manufacturing plant. Like batching section, cutting section, autoclaving section, etc.

Erection and commissioning of steel silos, screw conveyors, etc.

Worked as Mechanical Engineer in cement grinding unit covering commissioning & maintenance in Manikgarh Cement Ltd. Gadchandur, since 15th September 2014 to Sept 2016.

Worked as a feeding system maintenance supervisor (from clinker silo to packing plant feeding pipe conveyor) in Jai maa durga contractor. Since Nov 2016 to July 2018

SELECTED ACCOMPOLISHMENT:-

Modification of dry fly ash feeding system by feeding dry fly ash to mill discharge elevator outlet instead of Elevator inlet which leads to minimize the load fluctuation of mill discharge bucket elevator and further frequent stoppage of mill.

Minimize the down time of Cement Mills by interconnecting the aeration line of various air slide blowers with their stand by blowers and avoid mill stoppages due to failures of blower.

Increase the RPM of RAL by installing chain sprocket drive instead of direct drive and avoid the spillage of material through air slides.

SPECIALITIES:

Handling whole grinding unit starting from clinker silo feeding, cement mill up to packing plant silo feeding, independently in all three shifts.

Maintain high equipment reliability by proper Preventive & Predictive maintenance.
