Designed a multi-component bus bar and thermal strap carrier for an optical bench utilizing formed sheet metal and creative fastening methods in a challenging limited space mechanical assembly. Worked with NASA fabricators.

Developed two swaged braided copper rope thermal straps for in-situ rotation on grating and slit wheel mechanisms.

Designed heavy spreader bar thermal system and retrofit two 4 K cryostat rings to accept a mitigating fix on design.
