Deployment from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Enterprise was performed. BIOS were configured on Dell AIOs, Minis, and Laptops in order to install windows 10. Workstations and Laptops were imaged to windows 10 enterprise using LAN capabilities. User’s data from windows 7 PCs was backup on share drives. After Deployment, windows 10 devices were renamed according to User’s Sites. Desktop support on site and over the phone was provided for First Health Medical and Business Centers. Applications were installed and verified to work to Health First Centers settings. Medical and business applications were installed using Ivanti Portal Manager and Citrix. Some Applications were forced to install using Ivanti on Citrix Receiver. Users and computers were configured using Active Directory. Network Printers, Local Printers, and Scanners were installed. Incidents or Requests were logged and solved in a short period of time and they were closed with client’s authorization. Break/Fix services were done when it was necessary. Excellent customer service was provided all the time

Removed old equipment, Scanners, telephones, old Ethernet Cat-5e cables and network jacks. Installed new CAT-6 cables including new network jacks, and new support panels. MAC Kiosks were assembled, and MAC Chrome systems were installed on the kiosks plus Audio and Scanner devices. Trained the Lead target to use the new equipment, and Verified that the Lead targets were able to login. An Infrastructure Plan was created in order to Migrate, Deploy, and Refresh computer systems. Windows 10 Professional deployment was performed using New HP equipment. Some old workstations using Windows 7 were migrated to Windows 10 Professional. New HP workstations were deployed using Microsoft software thru the network, or direct Installations were done. Backed up data, Reinstalling data, and cleaning residuals were performed for the users. Windows 710 were tested functional and ready to interact in the LAN installed. Applications were installed according to the engineering department. A new Wireless network was added and a HP network printer was installed. HP local printers were installed as requested.
