Work was completed on multiple platforms, to include: Aura System Manager 6.3, Communication Manager 5.2, Conferencing, AES, Contact Center Manager, IP-Office, Messaging, Presence Server, Session Manager, Communication Server 1000, Routing, SSL connection to non- networked CS1K cabinets. Troubleshooting a wide range of CS1K issues, utilizing various loads, to complete new installs of digital sets, to include ACD groups. Completing numerous tasks in the CM via the Avaya Site Administrator (ASA), this included troubleshooting various cover groups AAM support, Agent, station, announcement, SIP stations, setup of multiple core switches to support the overall VOIP network design. Various projects completed to include: The acquisition and installation of 346 Spectralink SIP devices, the relocation of Callpilot mailboxes to the Avaya Aura Messaging system, breaking down of the Callpilot Application Builder by converting multiple call menus to Vectors in the CM.
