RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for the straight compliance of work procedure of the company such as the permit work and Total Safety Task Induction, conduct daily toolbox meeting for per day 15 minutes aware the workers on the site before start the work, report on all near misses, unsafe acts, accident, unsafe condition and other safety related concerned.
Correct manpower and resource distribution to ensure jobs are completed on time with effective use of manpower and resources.
Check, inspect, rectify and certify the scaffold before use.
Ensure compliance to clients safety standards and procedures
Identify training needs and provide on the job training to subordinators.
