· Worked with the Delta Bath NPD, Brizo NPD, Kitchen NPD, value management, and elastomer commodity teams

· Created and ran experiments on pop-ups to test efficiency and design standards

· Studied and presented dimensional errors in spec sheets and recommended a solution through Creo analysis

· Traveled to China to perform an audit on a supplier casting process and review product designs
