Hitchiner Manufacturing- JOB TITLE-Shell Mold/Foundry Prep Operator Duties- SHELL PREP- Dewax ceramic molds in a Boiler using conveyor machine to carry the Shells and inspect each mold for any holes or fractures. Duties- FOUNDRY PREP- Inspect each ceramic mold coming from the Shell department, Weight up the proper proportions of various metals for specific Alloys, Load Molds into Foundry Oven and Remove said molds from Oven while wearing proper PPE.

NHBB-JOB TITLE- Machine Setup Operator

Duties- Grind Chamfers onto metal cylindrical parts using a fixture and a grinding wheel, Inspect parts using a contour gauge, making necessary adjustments into the machine Offset codes, removing and installing new grinding wheels, tear down and setup machine fixture with the proper tooling for each different sized parts and basic trouble shooting.
