Many years of experience transforming, coaching and training at all levels of the organization and in various industries including telecommunications (AT&T, Cricket Wireless, Motorola Mobility, Cisco), banking (Fidelity, Chase, Barclays, Fiserv), insurance and IoT (Verisk), retail & distribution (Walmart, AmerisourceBergen), government (US Army (Ft. 8/2019 to 4/2020 Regional Agile Delivery Lead Eliassen Group

Lead trainer and coach for all Eliassen trainers, coaches, and SMEs at AT&T nationally and Cricket Wireless in Atlanta. Trainer for Fidelity Investments (modified Spotify operational model). Courseware development for Synchrony Financial (Agile Marketing). Instructor for SAFe, Kanban, Design Thinking, and DevOps courses at various client sites and public forums. Executive training and coaching at Cricket Wireless. Public speaker.

8/2016 to 5/2017 Principle Agile Consultant UST Global

Lead trainer and coach for all UST Global trainers, coaches, and SMEs at Walmart. Provided executive training, coaching, and mentoring to dozens of directors. Leadership of roll-out and support of multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Instructor for SAFe, BDD, and agile fundamentals courses and workshops. Created a Center of Excellence (CoE) for UST Global and supported the creation of a CoE for Walmart. Instructor for UST Global’s “Step It Up America” program. Public speaker.

1/2012 to 11/2014 Coach & Scrum Master Kremsa Digital

Migrated two clients from waterfall to scrum and all other company waterfall projects to proto-kanban. Additional work as Production Manager leading all company Project Managers.

6/2010 to 12/2013 President, Project Manager Near Shore S.A. & 18techs

Founded Near Shore S.A. in Costa Rica to create a development center for 18techs. Performed general management (HR, payroll, etc.). Migrated all 18techs contracts from fixed cost to staff augmentation model. Negotiated and created all SOWs, contracts, proposals, change orders, acceptance documents and test matrices. Recruited all company developers.

Transitioned traditional waterfall processes to proto-kanban with WIP limits and iterative releases (not quite agile, but on its way).
