Manager Gulf Coast Operations

Supervised a team of 15 office and 75 field personnel with wells located in Florida, Louisiana, Texas & OCS waters reporting to COO and CEO. Implemented standardized AFE cost estimating, reporting procedures and quality assurance based procurement program.

• Designed and managed the daily operations of a multi-year drilling program in the inland waters of Louisiana.

• Performed a complete well by well review of the entire Gulf Coast unit ultimately increasing reserves by 1.5MMBoe, while at the same time, preparing marketing materials and documenting upside potential. o Increased water handling capability at Weeks Island by 50% while lowering the cost of disposal to $0.10/bbl by debottlenecking gas lift and processing systems increasing production 12%. o Integrated Safety engineers into field operation teams.

• Implemented standardized Master Service Agreements for use in vendor selection and qualification.
