My name is László Székely and I have graduated from St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, obtaining a diploma in Electronics Engineering Technician/Microcomputer Programming. Upon graduating, I maintained a successful career as a Computer Technician and a Programmer for many years.
I understand that you are looking for a candidate with experience in a food store Bakery/Liquor Clerk department. Although I have never worked in this industry, I do have the drive to provide an exceptional customer service experience for all customers which Sobeys encompasses in every aspect.
I have the ability to greet customers, engage in conversation to understand their needs and provide education as needed. Throughout my career, I’ve learned the importance of providing an exceptional service whether it is in a computer industry or the customer service industry. I believe that providing customer service requires a compassionate, excited and driven individual – all traits that cannot be taught. I am a fast learner and passionate about every job task that I take on. Therefore, it will not take me long to adapt into the role of a Bakery/Liquor Clerk.
Please refer to my resume, which provides further details of my education and work experience.
I believe that although my education and work history may not be in line with what you are seeking in a candidate, my personality and values are closely in line with those of Sobeys. I am highly motivated, pay close attention to detail, and have a positive attitude which will benefit your organization. I believe that I would be a dynamic candidate to add to your team.
I look forward to being invited for an interview to further discuss my qualifications.
Respectfully,
László Székely
