Observing Plans and Drawings given by the Architects.

Taking Site Measurements based on Plans.

Doing preliminary checking in the Site like leveling, scaffolding, civil work & MS Work requirements.

Calculating material requirements for the site and ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Communicating with clients and architects including attending regular meetings to keep them informed the site progress.

Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.

Preparing reports and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Completing the Project with good quality before agreed deadlines, resulting into high level of customer satisfaction.

Taking site measurements after completion of site.

Reconciliation and prepare Client billing and Sub contractor as per the site measurement.
