Managed requirements; prepared RFPs (request for proposal); negotiated proposals; selected vendors; created lists of WBS(work break down structure), milestones and deliverable; created logic networks of WBS and time; estimated labor hours required per WBS; built teams; monitored and managed schedules, priorities, created friendly work environment and provided coaching as needed.

• 20+ years of experience in NASA International Space Station (ISS) and Space Shuttle flight systems development, integration, testing, verification, flight reviews and post flight analyses at JSC, KSC and Vandenberg with various NASA contractors.
