As the sole Technology Specialist at U.S. Embassy Koror, I am responsible for all IT and telecommunications troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, as well as in-house customer service. When I joined the Embassy, it had an ineffective 2Mbps satellite data link with Washington, which I upgraded to a 32Mbps fiber connection, resulting in optimized functionality for both unclassified and classified network users, maximizing efficiency and communications.
