As the sole Technology Specialist at U.S. Embassy Koror, I am responsible for all IT and telecommunications troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance, as well as in-house customer service. When I joined the Embassy, it had an ineffective 2Mbps satellite data link with Washington, which I upgraded to a 32Mbps fiber connection, resulting in optimized functionality for both unclassified and classified network users, maximizing efficiency and communications.

PALAU NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION (PNCC) 2009-2014

Facility Maintenance Manager(40hrs per week)

Built infrastructure and maintained facilities for Palau’s sole telecommunication company, supervising a staff of five and external contractors. I took the project lead for all areas, including satellite, cellular, and data networks.
