JOB RESPONSIBLE

Currently valve product Design module and make 3d programming in tool room parts like as BALL MACHINING (ball valve design ), BODY CASTING,6 INCH 10 INCH 14 INCH BALL BODY PROJECT Supporting in L&T, AUDCO, KSB customers

To design, modify/ generate a surface, concept generation, master sections creation, drawing& 3D parametric modeling.

Analyzes job orders, drawing, blue prints, fixtures, inspection tools required including any other data needed to machine the parts

Ability to create a product design, create CAM Programming using NX 10, MASTERCAM, AutoCAD.

Select and choose process layout methods & prepare suitable process sequence of operation reduce cycle time and improve tooling work with understood operator level.

Research and analyses customer development proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirement of developments or applications. Evaluate drafting work, design modification work all work in NX 10 and MASTERCAM 18.
