Responsible for planning and scheduling of Hess’ daily maintenance, capital projects, and turnarounds of their offshore production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico via the 90 day schedule and the integrated activity schedule, utilizing the SAP- PM module and Primavera scheduling software (P6, V8.2).

Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams, performed critical path analysis.

Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts and schedule analysis on a weekly basis.

Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths. Comply with Manufacturing scheduling practices and procedures.

August 2015 to March 2016: Planner/Scheduler with Link Oil & Gas Professionals, contracted to Chevron Phillips Chemical, Sweeny, Texas. Building new asset functional locations, PM’s, task lists, BOM’s, etc., in SAP for the USGC Petrochemicals Project, new polyethylene unit.

August 2014 to June 2015: Planner of maintenance & reliability programs for Marathon Oil Eagle Ford shale assets utilizing SAP to create and maintain project and outage plans and P6 for scheduling of all work.

Plan and prioritize work for fast and efficient response. Create job packs, including all relevant information for job plans.

Coordinate the development of work orders with Operations, Maintenance and Reliability personnel, while providing technical support for personnel on the SAP-PM module.

Ensure proper documentation for work orders is in place. Identify material requirements and interfaces with vendor and/or supply chain as needed.

Initiate Engineering Queries (EQs) for drawing and specification issues encountered in the field. Requests changes to procedures as required.

Assists on budget development as required.

June 2014 to August 2014: Project scheduler and I/E commissioning coordinator on the Enbridge Flanagan crude oil pumping station and terminal project in Pontiac, Illinois, for Corval Group.

November 2012 to August 2013: Project Manager/Planner/Scheduler for Trans-Global Solutions. Provided project management and scheduling for the Vopak inland terminal rail loop facility in Deer Park, Texas. Successfully managed and completed the project on time and on budget, with an excellent safety record. Managed the schedule utilizing P6, managed budget, change orders, request for information (RFI), and daily and weekly meetings with the client.

May 2011 to October 2011: Project Planner/Scheduler/Coordinator for Lutech Resources. Provided planning/scheduling/coordination services on a large plant expansion project for the CB&I/Lummus Technology site in Pasadena, Texas. Utilized SAP, P6 and Micro Soft Project.

Primary responsibilities include, daily, weekly, monthly, and annual schedules. Estimating routine maintenance, capital projects and turn around activities, procuring material, cost and man hour tracking and reporting. Supervised crew of 20 technicians. August 1998 to October 2000: Instrument/Electrical Designer for Demar Engineering, Inc.

Duties included: assisted design manager in all areas, served as lead designer on field design projects with limited supervision, coordinated work for personnel working on projects, execution of design scope and schedule, created and compiled complete drawing packages, maintained drawing books, checked other designers drawing packages, interfaced with project managers, project engineers, and clientele and with contractors on the job site. Supervised construction personnel through installation and checkout phases of field projects, generated design change orders as needed. I have extensive experience doing field walk downs and estimating. I offer experience with Allen-Bradley and Honeywell TDC 3000, Moore Apacs, Foxboro I/A. Five yrs. experience with Autocad 14 and had begun doing work in AutoCad 2000.

March 1998 to May 1998: Instrument/Electrical Designer for Deaton Engineering, Inc. Duties included, field walk downs for collection of data, for the creation of estimates for control system as-built documentation for McNeil Consumer Products Division in Round Rock, Texas. Created as-built P&ID's for McNeil for their validation requirements for the FDA. Created construction package for piping and control system modifications done for a Memorial Day shutdown.

November 1997 to February 1998: Instrument and Electrical designer for Instrument Control Service, Inc. Duties included: Served as I/E inspector for Occidental Chemical Corp., at their PVC facility in Pasadena, Texas. Worked directly for plant personnel on their Line 7 Expansion project, doing onsite visual inspection of installation, and operation of instrument and electrical systems. Also instrument loop checkout and buying loops for Oxy, as well as commissioning of their new ABB Advent Taylor DCS system.

November 1995 to November 1997:Instrument and Electrical designer for Triconex Systems Inc. Duties included: assisted design manager in all areas, served as lead designer on field design projects with limited supervision, coordinated work for personnel working on projects, execution of design scope and schedule, created and compiled complete drawing packages, maintained drawing books, checked other designers drawing packages, interfaced with cabinet integrators in manufacturing, as well with project managers, project engineers and with clientele at the Triconex offices, and with clientele and contractors on the job site. Supervised construction personnel through installation and checkout phases of field projects, generated design change orders as needed. I have extensive experience doing field walk downs and estimating. I offer experience with Foxboro I/A, Allen-Bradley and Honeywell TDC 3000 control systems. Designed and supervised the installation of field projects for Weyerhauser Corp. in Springfield, Oregon(turbine control);Exxon Corp. in Benicia, California (turbine control) and Chevron Company U.S.A. in El Paso, Texas (emergency shutdown system)as well as many projects that were not turn key for Union Carbide, Arco Chemical, Texas Eastman, Rohm and Haas, BASF, Saudi Aramco, and Proctor & Gamble. Proficient in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office. Two years AutoCAD experience with R13&14 doing as-builts and red line mark-ups.

October 1992 to November1995:Electrical Foreman and Technician for Seco Industries Inc. Worked as an I&E tech on many projects in and around the channel area performing all phases of industrial electrical construction including, high voltage hook-up, controls and motor controls, instrument loop check, wiring of programmable logic controllers and distributive control systems. Served as electrical foreman on the Exxon Baytown Olefins Plant installation of a Triconex ESD system on the plants "L" and "V" compressor decks, as well as other various projects.

March 1988 to September 1992: Maintenance and capital projects electrician for Mundy Contract Maintenance at Hoechst/Celanese Chemical Inc. Bayport Plant. Provided all phases of industrial electrical construction and maintenance, while maintaining the highest level of safety; acquired 4 years of no lost time performance.

August 1984 to January 1988: Electrical apprentice for Brown & Root Inc. Assisted journeymen electricians in all phases of industrial electrical construction in many various plants in the Houston/Gulf Coast area.
