Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance of all rotary and stationary equipment s in the process plant.

Update, Prepare and monitor daily progress report.

Maintaining records of periodic maintenance. Preventive maintenance, breakdown, history of Equipment s.

Man power planning to ensure sufficient availability of man power in shift with minimum overtime.

Execution of preventive and Break down maintenance in plant

Ensured that safe work practices were followed in the facility.

Planning of daily job allocation to technicians.

Handle day to day activities on the shop floor & Utility mainly Breakdown Management, Spares Plan, Preventive plan 5S.

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.

Coordinate activities of workers engaged in installation of machinery and equipment.

Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of machinery and apply knowledge from past experience.

Direct workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery

Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible of Preparation of purchase requisition, follow up and finally checkup of equipment s, spare and materials with Inspection Department.

Modify programming of robots and related equipment.

Perform daily corrective and planned maintenance repairs.

Ensure that repairs and installation of new equipment complies with agency policy, safety procedures.

Function as lead mechanic as required in the repair of power generating equipment such as Chiller, generators, and air compressors.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.

Tested and calibrated newly installed and pre-existing mechanical equipment.

Processed orders for replacement parts and services.

Utilized computer-based systems for inventory control and maintenance planning.

Provided hands on industrial maintenance and training as required.

IATF 16949:2016 Document works, Internal and External Auditing.
