Live project on Velammal Hospital, Madurai
• Performed an open market survey with the public to study the Velammal hospital’s presence and competitor analysis in four districts.
• Analyzed using SPSS and the suggestions were promoting advertisements in weak areas and availing facilities such as free ambulance services, free bed for at least two days for increasing their value and trustworthiness in the mind of customers.
Study on customer perception towards Mall
• To develop an understanding about the attitude of people towards mall.
• To compare the difference in perception of mall among different genders and different graduation and professional backgrounds.
