-Responsible for routine stocktake and end year stocktake report.

-Regularly perform routine stocktake and rectify data on database upon finding.

-Reorganized the location of expendable spare parts if necessary.

-Maintain stock levels and provide essential support to the operational material requirements of PT Travira-Air.

-Provide detailed data of inventory status, and make regular or annual report based on it.

Shop Supervisor (2012 - 2018)

-Identify tools which can be repaired in house instead of scrap it, and repair it as necessary or send to external repair shop.

-Summarize repair and maintenance procedures from Component Maintenance Manual into company format.

-Work closely with either Chief Rotary Wing or Chief Fixed Wing Engineer or Chief Avionics Engineer for manpower assignment (except for batteries, torque wrenches and life vests where Travira has dedicated personnel for it).

-Work closely with Technical Services, Technical Record, and Logistic/Store for part(s) availability

Found the way PT Travira Air run stocktake should be changed, is not efficient; by implement simple thing ie stick a sticker as a seal on spare part or its bag or box which has been stocktaked. It made stocktake and its report can be completed much faster than before

Reorganized the way to place expendable spare parts, this make searching expendable parts much easier

By performing daily basis stocktake, I can make data on main database more accurate, and end-year expendable parts stocketake can be finished much faster then in my early years in PT Travira. And also eliminate unrecorded transaction by recheck transaction on hard copy on regular basis.

My knowledge in database make me easy to find the root causes in Travira database.

As a shop supervisor, I have an access to Tools Store. In store I found a lot unserviceable tools which can be repaired in house; and we repair it (if regulation permit it, and if we have maintenance manual for certain tools) one-by-one based on employees capabilities.

As a shop supervisor (with coordination with other departments) I can monitor and push the the maintenance or repair of certain aircraft parts can be finished asap.
