Conduct product reliability verification & validation before pilot lot production.

Quality proving for the parts, subassembly and assembly of the products.

Improve fit and finish of the new product.

Preparation of PPAP documents (DFMEA, Design records).

Managing and updating BOM.

Procuring parts and conducting quality checks (QAQC).

Coordinated & supported cross functional teams for engineering change requests.

Demonstrated time management skills and timely follow up activities to keep the project on time.

Interacting with suppliers for manufacturing feasibility and tooling updates.

Effective coordination with FEA simulation team for structural improvements.
