Execute daily operations of monitoring the work executed by the engineering team at site and prepare interim and completion project reports.
Keeping records and related data of design progress in order to maintain regular / timely update to head of department.
Attending design and client meetings regularly and liaising with others for details of works and coordination of requirements among various parties.
Provide guidance and advice to the ELV team for alternative proposals by the contractor.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Supervise monitor and report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion and Attend Project Progress Meetings and coordinate with other departments.
Ensure the coordination of the design and the surveillance of the works in the area of the project assigned to him, with any of the subcontractor & partners.
Planning the commissioning activities to enable segmented project handovers. Control record documentation.
Follow up internal & external approval cycle especially with the consultant.
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
