R&M - Handled the repair and maintenance category for PAN India. Developed major vendors in the R&M category. Mobilized manpower in different micro-markets with proper planning. Reduced the ticket resolution TAT from 48 hours to 24 hours by properly deploying the manpower and managing the R&M material supply chain.

2. Responsible for managing 250+ vendors in different categories of CAPEX and OPEX. 3. Successfully executed different projects of the property upgradations of OYO Hotels like DKD, Silver Key 2.0.

4. Part of the core team in Launch for 1000+ hotels in OYO Self-operated brand. 5. Decentralized the procurement process of various SKUs and developed city level vendors reducing the cost by 10%. Minimized the SKU delivery TAT from 7 days to 3 days. 6.
