LOERMA and me are certified from the Ministry of Environment in Albania, to compile reports on the environmental impact assessment, to carry out environmental audits, to develop expertise on environmental issues and be called as an expert to evaluate a report on environment impact assessment or the results of an audit.

The objective of LOERMA is:

1.Design EIA report for projects of Annex 1 and 2 and drafting SEA

2.Doing expertise

3.Implementation of environmental auditing;

4.Environmental monitoring

5.Realization of training for EIA and SEA, environmental audits, ISO 14001 standards.

LOERMA is in the process of accredited its lab for environmental measuring

From 2006 to 2010

Environmental Inspector in the Regional Environmental Agency ( REA like EPA n USA), Elbasan Region (Ministry of Environment ‘s structure)

Main duties were

a) Exerts continuous control.

c) Creates the environmental file for every activity

d) Assists the legal persons to realize the self-monitoring

f) Informs regularly the local authorities

g) Controls the pollutant’s register

h) Imposes sanctions, according to this law and other legal acts

i) Publishes the results of every exerted control.

June 1994 up to December 15, 2005

Director of the Regional Environmental Agency, Elbasan Region (Ministry of Environment’s structure).

Main duties were

Realize the enforcement of legislation;

Assist and cooperate with the local government bodies for development of local environmental actions plans, programs and projects;

Promote the use of clean technologies and introduction of EMS

Are involved in the process of the approval of the environmental permit

Develop and submit for approval in Prefecture.s Council the biannual report.

Undertake awareness activities.

From 1977 up to 1994

Technologist and chief of the lab (Ni-Co Factory, of the Metallurgical Combine) in the Waste Water Treatment Plant. My duty was cleaning and cooling the industrial waste water and water and reusing them again in the technological line
