PROCESS DESCRIPTION

Part of Processing unit team which handles Regular products like Purchase, Switch and Redemption.

Authorizing the transactions reported from various branches on daily basis post data entry.

Ensures all the transactions are processed as per the policy and procedures.

Handling the queries and complaints raised for all kind of financial transactions like Purchase, Switch, Redemption, SIP, STP, SWP and Non-Financial transactions as well which gets reported via Mutual Fund Utility platform.

Co-ordinate with MFU operations and intellect teams to resolve the complaints and queries at the earliest.

Preparing the quality report on daily basis which specifies the accuracy of the production users and shares the same to the Management.

Analyzing the MFU transactions and fixing the system bug by raising it with technical team at FT end & get it resolved and also suggests system enhancements for the ease of the investors in future.

Post analysis of MFU reported transactions, presenting the data with volume, assurance and system enhancements to the management on Monthly basis.

Supporting other teams like Special products team in case of high volume.

Co-ordinate with Processing support unit team which handles Non-Commercial transactions for cancellation of any transactions and other NCT’s to get it done within Turn around time.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION

Part of Special Products Team which handles Systematic Investment Plan(SIP), Systematic Transfer Plan(STP), Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP).

Preparing SIP-NACH Registration report on daily basis after SIP-NACH details are registered and authorized by the Processing Team.

Ensuring all the SIP-NACH fields are registered correctly as per the mandate by doing the Quality Check of the mandate with the registration report on daily basis.

Finding the ACH observation while doing the quality check of the mandate and following the same till rectification by coordinating with the processing team.

Communicating the ACH registration feed to bill desk and also maintaining the master file for the feed sent with updated status whether the NACH is Success/Failure.

Co-ordinate with Bill desk in getting the status for the ACH feed sent on TAT.

Ensures all the mandates authorized on the previous day will be sent to bill desk on the next day and also monitors the sip pending cases raised for clarification till it gets registered successfully.

Providing support to new project under testing called API(Automatic Programming Interface).

Preparing MIS report for the cases registered in API module with the updated status from Bill desk on daily basis.

Fixing the issues observed in API testing to the technical team and also co-ordinates with them till it gets clarified.

Providing Support to query handling (CCSC)team regarding SIP-NACH queries from branches/Brokers.
