2013 – (Worked till shutdown) 2020 Micro Stamping Mold Process Engineer Largo, FL.
Fill in for the Production supervisor and Foremen for all three shifts.
Establish/Optimize injection molding processes using Scientific Injection Molding (S.I.M.)/D.O.E.
Implement, maintain and reinforce work instructions and process documentation.
Diagnostics and/or repair Injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Responsible for participating in and answering C.A.R.S.
PROCESS FAILURE MODE EFFECT ANALYSIS (P.F.M.E.A.) for medical devices and components.
Ensure department compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Responsible for new tooling/hand tools, tooling modification and maintenance of molding machines and tooling.

2010 – 2011 Molex Mold Manager Pinellas Park, FL.
Eliminate the need for any Q.A. deviations on parts that do not match customer’s specifications and prints. This was accomplished through new core/ejector pins, slides, vents and adding ejector pins to eliminate part deformation and Semi-Auto operation using Mold Release Spray.
Perform changeover on part configuration for multi cavity tools (128 inserts per part number.)
Repair damaged or worn tools, including rewiring hot runner molds and manufacturing mold components on the grinder, lathe and mill. Install pressure sensors for RJG Molding.
Set tools, change material /color, startup, program “robots, RJG- eDart", (Scientific) process/debug, submit parts to Q.A. for first article approval (Tier #1 Supplier).
2004 – 2009 Commercial Plastics Recycling Project Engineer Tampa, FL.
Evaluate and develop individual cost-effective ways to handle various plastic input streams.
Evaluate and implement new products utilizing recycled plastic.
Upgraded, documented and increased the various types of material testing.
Analyzed current and potential input streams of plastics, providing data on purity, mechanical strength, Melt Flow/I.V., Melt Point and Specific Gravity.

Task Manager on multiple tasks responsible for the financials as well as delegating work to other environmental engineers to be performed for the client.
Evaluated the industry needs for plastic recovery. Designed, developed and Implemented systems to recover plastic from end of life electronics for the Army.

Worked with several leading Universities on cutting edge technologies such as Raman Spectroscopy, Plasma Arc and triboelectric separation technology.
