Project: Implementation of image viewer Application for our client to manage pension plan document.

Key Activities:

Facilitating joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with project stakeholders in order to capture business rules, processes and systems requirements for software application.

Collaborating with project stakeholders to document existing processes, capturing business and functional requirements, and help business and technical staff to create and deliver solutions.

Business System Analyst April 2016-August 2018

Project: The client wanted an enhancement of their CRM solution to manage report and analyze customer data to provide an accurate knowledge of the customer’s service history from the time customer registered service with the company.

Key Activities:

Conducted interviews, and job shadowing with internal staff and stakeholders to better understand their challenges and captured their business processes by documenting client requirement.

Translated Business Requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.

Developed and documented Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases and Flow Diagrams.

Worked as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate requirement prioritization and estimated the level of effort to complete each task to make sure highest value features are given priority.

Assisted in developing test plans, test cases, User acceptance testing (UAT) and train end users.
