Toggle, Hydraulic, and Electric Machine experience •Front-Line support with accurate information provided to equipment Manufacturers and resolve all issues at installation to minimize interruptions during production •Worked with all levels of the Machine Supplier installation personnel to address all equipment performance issues •Press sizes from 28 Tons to 3000 Tons, Multi-shot press size up to 400 Ton., Rotary molds, Rotary platens, insert-molding for additional over-molding, Multi-Shot resin experiences include ABS over ABS, TPE/TPR over Nylon, including secondary drilling operations, TPE over PP, TPE over Acetal •High volume stack mold experience producing 1.3 MM parts daily with 192 cavity unscrewing molds (96 X 96) and 2.6MM parts daily with 576 cavity push/pull spout molds (288 X 288) for caps and closures with up to 215 zone hydraulic valve gated hot-runner systems. Plant consumed 180,000 LB resin in 24 to 27 hour period daily •Resin Processing including but not limited to: A.B.S., PVC, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, Acetals, Glass- filled Nylon, Kraton, TPE, TPR, P.E.T., Copolyesters, LCP, Valox, Polysulfone, Glass-Filled Noryl, Ultem, Acrylic, Styrene, Polyesters, Ryton, Santoprene, Minlon, PEEK, Teflon, TPE, PC/ABS blends, Thermoset Plenco materials, and many more, ink removal from the film in recycling, shred, densify non woven materials and more.
