● Coordination with PM's prior to start of activities.
● Perform 2 calls on each sector per Site eNB Vendor (estimated at 6 test calls per cell site).
● Calls consist of PSAP (Live Police) and LAM (automated).
● Ability to band lock handset to correct RF parameters and perform following test:
● Two (2) test calls per sector with alternating combinations of frequency/channel per sector. For each sector, one of the test calls will be with an iPhone, and one will be with an Android phone. For Enhanced 911 Phase II, 50m accuracy within network to include IOS and Android device-based hybrid location in addition to control plane network solutions (AGNSS, eCID) as detailed in the Volte 911
● Remaining sites within the PSAP can be completed utilizing the Sprint Volte Location Accuracy Manager (LAM) with designated “Testing Only handsets” also dialing 911, with calls terminating to the Volte LAM servers.
● LAM calls will need to be monitored, reports generated and reviewed with coordinators assigned
● Observe and report issue to coordinator as needed.
● 50m accuracy validation will need to occur post-call, to ensure accuracy within acceptable levels.
● Validates LAM call to LAM server and compares FMCC location to ground truth location for accuracy validation and completes TVW.
● Update TVW with all required captured information and provides to Sprint personnel for upload to Sprint Vision.
