Currently working in SEG Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Naganathapura (Through Anchal Technosolutions) from 27th February 2019 as Consultant Design Engineer. Worked for Encadd Technology Services as a Graduate Trainee – Design Engineer from 18-August- 2018 to 18- February 2019

Current Responsibilities in SEG Automotive Pvt. Ltd.:

Active involvement in design, development & release of Alternators.

Engine fitment & packaging study for clearance to avoid fouling.

Preparation BOM of alternator assembly and sub-assemblies.

Preparation of solid models and drawing for casting, RPT and Machining of various Alternator parts.

Use company UG guidelines to make models and detailing of components in Unigraphics NX.

Assisting in raising and documenting ECR for design changes and releasing concerned parts. Domain skill sets:

Proficient knowledge in design tools like Unigraphics NX & Team center

Domain knowledge in modeling, Drafting, Sheet metal and assembly of automotive subsystem using UG NX and team center.

Knowledge on Creation of BOM, ECR.

Engine fitment & packaging study for clearance to avoid fouling.

Performing checkmate operation of components and assembly to ensure company standards.
