3. Special characters conversion – Finding and replacing all the special characters and accent characters.

Job flow as follows: 1) Customer gets the article from various authors. 2) The article will be sent for copy-editing. 3) Copy-edited article will be sent again to author for final correction. 4) Final corrected article will be sent to type-setters for publishing. 5) Publishing industry has different level of process, which is S100, S200, P100, P200, S300 stages. 6) after all these stages the article/issue/book will be published as book and soft copy in the website of corresponding publisher’s website. Up to the 5th point each step has been tracked using the MIS based on the customer reference number and article number. At last, the billing also will be recorded using this MIS. All these activities are visible to all our customers and clients.
