Mini Project - Water Level Indicator Alarm

• The project deals with the indication of water level in overhead water tanks.

• The sensor is used to adjust water level automatically.

• Used in many applications such as Irrigation control, fuel tank level gauging, oil tank level control, pool water level control.

Major Project - High Speed Turning of Aluminium Bars on CNC by Using Soluble and Synthetic Cutting Fluids

• To study mainly the cutting temperature, surface roughness, chip formation, tool wear, under different cutting conditions using different coolants such as soluble, synthetic and kerosene.

• Machining with Castrol ALUSOL and Castrol SYNITOL gives favorable cutting temperatures, better chip control and chip breakability.

• Tool wear is reduced while machining with soluble, synthetic cutting oil when compared with dry machining. Personal Interests
